Cubic zirconia and gemstone engagement ring sales have increased with the new generation of Millennials. The Millennials realize how the quality and value of synthetic diamonds, simulants like high quality cubic zirconia engagement rings and man made gemstone engagement rings make perfect sense in today’s economy. “Here at Ziamond, we have seen a significant sales increase by Millennial consumers for our cubic zirconia and man made gemstone engagement rings. Ziamond offers the perfect alternative to traditional diamond engagement rings because of the superb quality, value and ethical production of jewelry” says Mr. Scott Cummings, the General Manager at Ziamond.com.
While we here at Ziamond know the cost vs. benefits of choosing a Ziamond cubic zirconia engagement ring over a naturally mined diamond, there are couples getting engaged that still do the traditional diamond thing. While the overall spend for couples’ weddings have increased, they have pulled back on the spending for their rings.
Almost every aspect of wedding budgets increased for American couples in 2011, except for their engagement rings. According to a recent survey from TheKnot.com and WeddingChannel.com.
