Ziamond Spotlight On Elizabeth Taylor Diamonds

At Ziamond we not only specialize in the finest cubic zirconia jewelry (also known as cz jewelry) but we also are huge fans of the fine diamond industry and diamond fashions as well. So it’s no surprise that we are fans of Elizabeth Taylor and her love of jewelry. Elizabeth Taylor was not only known for her beauty and acting career, she was also known as a jewelry maven! Some of the famous pieces she owned and adorned were the “Taylor Burton Diamond” (pictured above) that Richard Burton’s purchased for Elizabeth Taylor back in 1968. It was a 33.19-carat Asscher cut named the Krupp Diamond. The most famous piece that Ms. Taylor owned was also gifted to her by Burton, it was a 69.42-carat pear-shape (pictured below. The original rough stone weighed 240.80 carats and was owned and cut by Harry Winston Jewelers.
